David Patush has played the saxophone for 12 years, and enrolled through band and jazz band programs throughout middle school and high school. Starting at Joliet Junior College, David studied under Richard Moore, and started to attend weekly jams in Lockport. David has assembled his own jazz quartets for various performances including private events and grand opening events. More notably, David has been the resident lead tenor player in the Chicago based “old-school” R&B group, The Rhythm Rockets. Currently, David is attending NIU pursuing a degree in music education, where he studies saxophone under Thomas Snydacker and Geof Bradfield.
